Recent updates to iOS 13.x have caused conflicts with some Scientific Learning programs on iPad. If a student has logged into FF and they tap an activity and the touch screen does not respond do the following: 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Safari on the left side
  3. Scroll down to the section called “Settings for Websites”
  4. Select “Request Desktop Website” and make sure that is turned off
  5. Then, log out and back in to Fast ForWord.
