Step 1: Go to Settings (Gear Icon) and scroll down to the Mail tab on the left.
Step 2: Click on Accounts on the right, and then select your Account (usually the first one listed.
Step 3: Click on “Re-enter Password”.
Step 4: When you see the pop-up below, click “Continue”.
Step 5: If your STM email address doesn’t automatically populate in the pop-up shown below, please enter it and then click on “Next”.
Step 6: Enter your STM Email Password in the pop-up shown below.
The Native Email App (Blue Envelope Icon) will work now, but the Gmail App remains broken. Please continue to use the Native Email App in place of the Gmail App.
